Substrate type
Concrete and reinforced concrete components, masonry wall of bricks, ceramic and silicate blocks, as well as cellular concrete blocks. Old, not weathered cement and cement-lime plaster.

Substrate preparation
The substrate should be dry and strong enough, free from dust, dirt, fat, paint and bitumen. The substrate surface should be rough and porous. Widen existing cracks and scratches to min 5 mm, and scratch smooth substrates.

Instructions for use
Pour required portion of the mortar to a container with specified amount of cold and fresh water, and stir manually or mechanically to bring the mix to homogeneous and required consistency. Rub a thin layer of the mortar into the substrate, and then apply and spread to the required thickness. Bond subsequent portions of the mortar before the material starts setting. As the mortar sets very quickly, use it within 30 minutes from mixing with water. If the mortar thickens in that period of time, stir it again thoroughly without adding water. Adding too much water prolongs setting time and impairs all mortar characteristics, such as: adhesion and strength.

Tools
Low-speed electric mixer, mortar mixer, trowel, putty knife, steel float, container for mortar and water.

Working conditions
Work in ambient temperatures between 0°C and +30°C. Do not add any other agents to the mortar. Protect freshly applied mortar from excessive drying and moisture.

Storage
Store in original, unopened packages in dry place – shelf life 12 months from production date. Protect from moisture during transport and storage.

Notes
The specifications and instructions for use are given for the temperature of (20±2)°C and relative air humidity of (65±5)%. The workability may alter in different conditions. Becomes alkaline mixing with water. Irritating to eyes and respiratory system. Appropriate eye, respiratory system and skin protection measures should be used. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice. Keep away from children. Use water to remove fresh dirt or ALPOL AI 770 cleaner to remove hardened dirt. The manufacturer accepts no responsibility for damage caused by unskilful or inappropriate use of the product.
