Building description

The building houses a commercial, service and residential complex named “CitiPark”. The total area is approx. 8000 m². The building is located in Kielce, in ul. Paderewskiego 4. “CitiPark” has been divided into three sectors:

sector A (the western part from ul. Paderewskiego) is dedicated to services: mainly modern doctor’s offices, office space and retail shops
sector B (the southern part from rondo Giedroycia), where service and residential premises are located
sector C (eastern part), where only residential apartments of 50-150 m² in area are located.
