Between 1987-1990, he was the President of the Board in Przedsiębiorstwo Usługowo-Techniczne “NOVUM” Sp. z o.o. in Kielce, at the same time being the co-owner of the company. Since 1990, he has been the co-owner, President of the Board and Director of PW ALPOL. Additionally, since April 1998, he has been the President of the Board and Director of ALPOL GIPS Sp. z o.o. in Fidor near Końskie.

In 2000-2005 he was employed in Research Department in ANSER Chemical Company in Wiskitki near Żyrardów, and afterwards he was appointed the Production Manager in company’s branch office in Tarnobrzeg. From November 2005 he works as a manager of the Research Department within Alpol Gips, and currently he holds the position of Production Manager and Member of the Board.
