All children are ours!!!

A couple of days ago we celebrated Children’s Day, a very nice and joyful holiday.
On this special day, ALPOL GIPS wanted to give children from the Educational Institution Complex (ZPO) in Nieświń loads of pleasure by financing, for a major part, a trip to the picturesque village of Kurozwęki. Thanks to the generosity of the Company’s Management Board and excellent cooperation with the teaching staff and the parents’ association, the children were able to celebrate their day in unique scenery. Not everyone knows that Kurozwęki has Poland's only American bison breeding farm. Since December 2000, when owners imported twenty heifers and two bulls from Belgium, the herd grew to eighty animals, and the number still increasing. Each spring you can see recently born small bison calves in the meadow behind the Kurozwęki palace. Children could see huge bisons, weighing up to 1200 kg, from the inside of the “bison safari” vehicle which drives inside the herd.

Other attractions of the trip included visiting the beautiful local palace and the mini zoo. However, kids had the greatest fun riding camels.
