CUSTOMER LAUREL – Discovery of the year 2007 for ALPOL Nano-mortar

The “Customer Laurel” is the most widespread customer-care program nationwide distinguishing the most popular products and brands in almost 300 categories. The survey is aimed at assessing general popularity of products and services, and first of all, the brand popularity and opinions. The Customer Laurel 2007 emblem is a project created by the Polish customer market. The winners of the competitions are selected based on the surveys of products and services which enjoy the greatest popularity among the respondents. In a face to face interview or a telephone survey among households and enterprises, the customers point out products or services they most willingly select, rank high and recommend to others. With the contest it has been possible not only to establish the common popularity of Polish products and services, but also to obtain their basic assessment.
