ALPOL AK 513 distinction

The “Łazienka – Wybór Roku 2007” (“Bathroom magazine – Choice of the Year 2007”) competition is intended to promote products of outstanding quality, design and innovation, available in the Polish market. ALPOL AK 513 flexible adhesive was among the winners. The award ceremony was held in Warsaw on April 24, 2007 in Polonia Palace Hotel.
Award-winning flexible adhesive ALPOL AK 513 (C2TE class) is recommended for indoor and outdoor bonding conventional and large-sized ceramic and stone tiles (except for stone susceptible to staining) to critical substrates (terraces, balconies and heated floors). The adhesive can be applied on the substrates such as:
- cement and cement-lime
- walls of bricks, ceramic, silicate and cellular concrete blocks
- seasoned concrete substrates
- concrete floors
It is suitable for asphalt, anhydrite and old ceramic cladding. The tiles can be grouted and stepped on after 48 hours and the adhesive yield is 1 kg/m² for 1 mm thick layer. Click here for more details on ALPOL AK 513 adhesive.
