Substrate preparation
Allow 3 days before grouting masonry, nano and adhesive mortars. Remove any dirt from joints, clean and dedust them before grouting is started. Check tile resistance to discolouration.

Instructions for use
Mix the quantity necessary for grouting with suitable amount of clean and cold water. Stir manually or mechanically to bring the mix to homogeneous and required consistency. Allow 5 minutes and mix again. Use a grout spreader to fill, first the horizontal and then the vertical joints with the compound prepared as indicated above, working from the top to the bottom. The grout remains workable for 1 hour after being mixed with water. If the grout thickens in that period of time, stir it again without adding water. Adding too much water impairs all grout characteristics: adhesion, setting time, durability and resistance to efflorescence. It may also lead to superficial discolouration. Work carefully and remove immediately any wall stains without moistening. Clean and stainless tools are recommended to work with.

Tools
Low-speed electric mixer, basket mixer, trowel, grout spreader, brush, container for mortar, container for water dosing.

Working conditions
Work in ambient temperatures between +5°C and +25°C. Do not add any other agents to the mortar. Protect fresh grout for minimum 7 days from unfavourable weather conditions by covering it with membrane. Do not work in foggy, rainy or hot days.

Storage
Store in original, unopened packages in dry place – shelf life 12 months from production date. Protect from moisture during transport and storage.

Notes
The specifications and instructions for use are given for the temperature of (20±2)°C and relative air humidity of (65±5)%. The workability may alter in different conditions. Becomes alkaline after mixing with water. Irritating to eyes and respiratory system. Appropriate eye, respiratory system and skin protection measures should be used. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice. Keep away from children. Use water to remove fresh dirt or ALPOL AI 770 cleaner to remove hardened dirt. The manufacturer accepts no responsibility for damage caused by unskilful or inappropriate use of the product.
